We understand that circumstances arise that require cancelling or rescheduling an appointment. The following policies are established to ensure that we can provide all of our valued clients the best possible service and experience.

CANCELLATIONS 2-hour advanced notice is required for any appointment cancellations. This allows ample time for another client seeking service to make an appointment online. Any cancellations within 2-hours will be subject to paying the full price of the service prior to any future services.

CANCEL

Our online appointment service will allow you to cancel or modify your appointment. You can also cancel your appointment by clicking the link at the bottom of the confirmation e-mail you received after scheduling your service.

NO SHOWS Failure to show up for a scheduled appointment without cancelling online, or without first contacting the shop by email will cause the client to be charged for the full price of the missed service. Our phone/outgoing voicemail is for informational purposes only. Please do not leave a voice message.

LATE ARRIVALS To ensure that we deliver the best possible service to all of our valued clients, we have allotted the necessary time to complete each appointment and provide a great experience. Arriving on time for your scheduled service is imperative for us to comfortably complete your service. Regretfully, we cannot adequately complete any service if a client arrives more than 10 minutes late (5 minutes for beardtrim). We reserve the right to respectfully decline service to a client who is over 10 (5 for beard) minutes late for their scheduled appointment.
